Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision and attention to detail

• Contribute as part of a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable guest experiences

• Take responsibility for smooth operations within your section and uphold the highest quality standards

• Production of high-quality, traditional and creative bakery products for a comprehensive range of breakfast, lunch and dinner services

• Creation of new new bakery products, pastries and room amenities for arriving guests

• Accurate execution of recipes and guidelines

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and sustainability standards

• Support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in daily operations

• Actively contribute to reducing food waste

Your Profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in all areas

• Completed apprenticeship as a Pastry Chef, Confectioner, or equivalent three-year professional qualification in gastronomy

• Initial work experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within the luxury segment

• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship

• Strong interest in both classical pastry techniques and creative, innovative dessert concepts

• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility

• Very good command of English as the company language

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and demanding environment
